This large deluxe open-plan dolls house is an ideal toy for young ladies and is a great toy with which to develop imaginative play skills. It includes five living areas and a balcony all mounted on an edged base. With 64 pieces this dolls house differs from may others available by including a family of 4 dolls and over 20 items of furniture to equip the house.

The house and furniture is made completely from wood and held together by screws and wooden pegs. The dolls are made from wood and fabric. The scale of this dolls house makes it appropriate for later additions of furniture made by other manufacturers.

The house can be easily assembled with the aid of a screwdriver (not included). Glue is not required, but may be useful. Assembly instructions are included.

Choking hazard: small parts! Must be assembled by an adult.
