Exciting new toy coming soon!
Environmentally friendly recycled playhouse!
We’ll shortly be adding a really treat to our range. Fed up with the kids playing with the box their toy came in rather than the toy? Fed up with the kids wanting to draw all over everything with the crayons you bought them last Christmas? Well the solution is novel and environmentally friendly. We’ll shortly be adding cardboard playhouses to our range, including a rocket, a castle and a playhouse. What’s really great is that they come in a plan design and are ideal for budding artists - just add your own colourscheme. Made from managed timber and recycled cardboard, this is a really environmentally friendly alternative and it’s ethical as well as the South American manufacturer has a progressive labour relations set-up. So just how good is this new range? Well, we’ve spent the last few days ‘toddler testing’ as we couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw the marketing info. It was reasonably easy to assemble - 30 mins and should be easy to flat-pack again. It is robust and has taken everything our 2 year old can throw at it so far. Apparently the walls are made out of a stronger cardboard. It can easily be customised and our toddler spent several hours gleefully painting the side of this toy. It is big, but fits comfortably into our small play-area. The only downside I can see is that it’s not waterproof and can’t be left out in the rain. So lookout for these new craft orientated, environmentally friendly playhouses which we’ll soon be adding to our range!
