Terms and Conditions
(a) Orders will be acknowledged by email within 24 hours and dispatched no later than 5 working days after receipt. If this is not possible we will contact you.
(a) Please allow up to 7 working days for UK delivery.
(b) For deliveries outside the UK allow 10-20 working days.
(c) We do not ship to the USA or Canada.
(a) The price paid at the time of purchase is correct.
(b) in2play may adjust prices at various times to reflect special offers. Promotions are only for limited periods and the price will only be valid during the promotion.
4. Payment, Security and Data Protection
(a) On submitting an order you will be transferred to the secure payment pages of our payment processor, please check that the padlock symbol is visible or those of the payment provider you have selected e.g PayPal.
(b)All personal card data is directly handled by the payment processor and we do not touch this information at any point online purchases.
(c) All transactions will be carried out in GBP British Pounds Sterling. If you use a different currency, please check with your card provider for any exchange fee you may be charged.
(d) Alternative payment options include: cheques in sterling, drawn on a UK bank (please make out to 'in2play Ltd'; UK Postal Orders made out to 'in2play Ltd'; and payment via your Paypal Account. You may also place orders via e-mail, telephone (payment can be made via PayPal) and post if you choose not to use this website to process your payment. The order will not be released until payment has been confirmed.
(e) Orders for payment by post may be placed over this website. Goods will be reserved for 7 days and dispatched once the offline payment has cleared. If payment is not received or the order reconfirmed within 7 days, the order will be cancelled.
5. Customer Service & Returns
(a) If you require an update on the progress of your order, please contact us at email@example.com.
(b) If you are unhappy with any unopened items you have purchased, or your item was faulty or incorrect on delivery, please contact us within 30 days to arrange for replacement or refund, using the link from your account.
(c) If you wish to arrange a refund for any reason (including under the Distance Selling Regulations), you must contact us within seven working days from the day after receipt of the goods. Please see our returns policy via the help tab for full details.

(e) Self-assembly items that have been partially or completely assembled can only be refunded if faulty. Please see our returns policy via the help tab for full details.
(f) The customer is responsible for the cost of the return, except when goods are faulty or incorrect items have been received. Therefore we reserve the right to pass on any direct costs for the recovery of goods when a customer makes them available for collection or does not fully cover the cost of their return.
(g) In the event of a return, the goods must be returned by the customer.
