We have now activated 3-D Secure payments, also known as 'Verified by Visa' and 'MasterCard SecureCode'.  This extra layer of security means that if you make a purchase using an enrolled card, your card provider will require you to complete the transaction by using the transaction password you have authorised with them.  This will allow the card provider to check that it is actually you making a purchase, making it much harder for anyone to fraudulently use your card.

You can activate 3-D Secure by making a purchase with an online shop that requires 3-D Secure payments.  If you have any doubts about a transaction, make sure you contact your card provider.

All payment information is sent directly to our card processor (Paypal) using our secure SSL certificate (GeoTrust).  We do have any access to your payment details at any time.

The Deal shop will be closing for the holiday on 24th December at 4pm.  We will be operating a limited service until Saturday 2nd January.  The website will be open throughout the holiday and we will be sending out orders during this time.  We will also be responding to email enquiries and returns, however the shop in Deal High Street will be closed during this period.

Full business will resume on Saturday 2nd January with our sale at Deal High Street.
