What to do

Please log in to your account and use the returns option.  This will issue you with a returns number and allow you to ask any questions relating to the problem. 

Alternatively, call us on 01304 375303 or email info@in2play.co.uk  We will require a written confirmation - paper, email or the returns process on this website are acceptable methods.


Returns Policy (Standard - excludes personalised and self-assembled products)

Faulty, incorrect or damaged

If you are unfortunate enough to receive goods from us that have been damaged, are incorrect or are faulty in any way, please let us know immediately.

Unopened goods

 If your goods are unopened, you may exchange/refund them for up to 30 days.

Any other reason

Should you wish to cancel for any reason, let us know within 7 working days of receipt (starting the day after delivery).  For example, you have opened the item, but changed your mind about it.  

What we will do

We will be able to arrange a refund or replacement. the customer should return the goods unless otherwise agreed.  The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer, except when the goods are damaged or faulty, or we have despatched incorrect items.  Should we arrange a collection to pick up the goods, we may pass on the direct costs, except when the goods are damaged or faulty, or we have despatched incorrect items.

We will provide an exchange or refund (including your purchase postage costs).  This refund will be to the original purchaser.  Should you be returning an unwanted gift you have received, we will be happy to consider issuing a gift voucher for future use in our shop, rather than refunding the original purchaser.

Personalised Returns

Personalised items that have been personalised to order cannot be returned unless faulty.

Self Assembled Returns

Items that have been self-assembled (partly or completely) can only be returned if faulty.  Self-assembly items that have not been assembled are subject to our standard returns policy.
