Trade Enquiries
For educational, commercial and charity customers we are able to offer discounts (currently in the region of 20%). This includes nurseries and childminders. To receive an educational, commercial, charity discount we require suitable proof of identity to confirm your status. A copy of your letterhead will usually suffice if it contains your VAT or Charity number. Where this is not possible we will be happy to receive alternative proof or will run a search through www.childcarelink.gov.uk.

Please note that we will not automatically assign any discounts to orders placed without our advanced agreement. Once a relationship is in place, discount on future orders will automatically be assigned for orders placed via the website.
Sourcing products
Please contact us if you are seeking to source items not shown on our website as we have access to several thousand products via our different suppliers. As we maintain low stock levels, we may not have sufficient stock for your needs. Please contact us we your requirements if this is the case.
Dropshipping, Affiliates and the toy trade.
We currently do not offer a dropship or affiliate program. We are planning to review this during summer 2008. If you are a toy retailer and our interested in our products, please contact us with your requirements.
