How information is collected.

It is necessary to collect information regarding our customers for the purpose of continuing our business. To this end we will collect information relating to contact details, order details, payment information and other information you chose to share with us for the purposes of completing a transaction. We will not ask for information that is not necessary to process your order or improve our service to you.

This information includes the identification of software used to view the website and other technical details. No personal information is gained in this way. We may also operate cookies on this website to automatically login returning customers.

How information is used.

Information is chiefly used to faciliate our business with you and is stored in a secure database. We do not pass on your information to third-parties without your permssion, unless required by law, and will not transfer it outside the EU unless this is necessary to complete a transaction. To enable you to purchase items it is necessary, in the case of card payments, to pass on your details to our banking partners. In these cases we will only pass on the information necessary to enable the transaction to progress. These partners subscribe to stringent privacy policies, which can be viewed on their websites.  Some details will also be passed on to the despatch companies we use.

We may use information we hold to develop our marketing strategies, however, we will only contact you when you have opted in to any mailing system we operate or to facilitate any existing transactions.

Your Rights.

It is assumed that by using this website you agree to our privacy policy, and by placing an order, you agree to the current terms and conditions (please see the Help menu).

Under the Data Protection Act you have the right to view and correct any data we hold on you. If you wish to view information we hold or make a correction, please contact us at privacy@in2play.co.uk.  In the case of a request to view information that we hold on you, we reserve the right to make a charge to cover administration costs not exceeding £10.

If you have opted to receive future marketing from us (online or offline), you may opt out at any time by contacting us on optout@in2play.co.uk or by using the unsubscribe button on any marketing emails that we send out.
