We are able to accept orders from many overseas customers via card payments and PayPal. All purchases are made in Pounds Sterling. Please note that we cannot accept cheques or any forms of payment in currencies other than Pounds Sterling.

Postage and Packing.

Overseas customers are advised to contact us regarding postal costs before placing an order. Wooden toys can be heavy and may be expensive to send. Postal costs are passed on to the customer at cost.

Tax and import charges.

We do not currently charge VAT on any of our products due to the size of our business. Customers should be aware that they may be charged VAT and customs duties by their own country. Customers are responsible for contacting their local customs organisation to confirm these and pay any charges.  Customers in EU member states should not be charged additional fees.

Important: Due to insurance restrictions, we are unable to accept orders for delivery in the USA and Canada.
