Products

Wooden toys are an environmentally friendly option.  We always attempt to source products from manufacturers who are environmentally aware.  One of our suppliers was the first toy manufacturer to pass the Audit for Ecological Friendliness.  We communicate with our suppliers about packing and seek to reduce the impact of product packing on the environment.  While some of our products do include non-wooden parts, we seek to keep these to a minimum unless they are also environmentally sound.

Packing Materials

The majority of our packing materials are not recycled, however, the card and paper materials we use are suitable for recycling.  We regularly review this situation.  We regularly seek to recycle the boxes we receive from our suppliers, and when possible, we pack customer orders in these boxes.

Delivery

The majority of our orders are despatched with Royal Mail.  This manages the environmental impact of the delivery process as many packages can be delivered with your normal post or the routine parcel delivery for your area.  When we make use of couriers, we benefit from being on a regular pick-up run, meaning that the courier does not have to travel out of their way to pick up from us.
