Postage & Packing Prices
Our postage and packing prices for the UK mainland are below. We charge a fixed price according to the value of the basket that you order.
Standard (usually Royal Mail)
Below £1.49 = £1.50
£1.50-£9.99 = £2.75
£10.00-£39.99 = £4.75
£40-£79.99 = £5.95
£80+ = Free
Courier - 2 working days (usually Royal Mail or DHL)
£9.99 and below = £6.99
£10.00+ = £12.99
Date of despatch
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible after payment has cleared, usually within 7 working days. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. If payment has been made by cheque, we will dispatch the order once the payment has been confirmed.
Packaging
The majority of the time we will use new packaging, however, from time to time we will reuse materials that are of an appropriate standard in an effort to cut down on waste. The majority of our orders are dispatched by Royal Mail, however, we do use couriers when this is more appropriate.
International Orders
International shipping prices are zoned based on the weight of the items. Please contact us if your country is currently not activated in our checkout. however, we are unable to ship to Canada and the USA. This is due to insurance coverage. Please remember that wooden toys are heavy, and therefore expensive to ship internationally.
