Postage & Packing Prices
Postage to UK mainland, Highland, Northern Ireland, and the Isle of Man, is free. Items will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class or an appropriate courier service. Should you need more urgent delivery, please select the courier/expedited option when checking out. Items under 2kg in weight sent to the Channel Islands are also sent free, however, heavier orders are surcharged to cover the postage - this is displayed during the checkout process.

Courier - 2 working days (usually Royal Mail or a courier)
£8.49 per order (UK mainland only - Highlands and Northern Ireland subject to sourcing of an acceptable courier quote)
Date of despatch
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible after payment has cleared, usually within 7 working days. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. If payment has been made by cheque, we will dispatch the order once the payment has been confirmed.
Collect in store
It is possible to choose to collect your order in our store (Deal, Kent). Go through the checkout process and then select to 'Collect in store' option. You will not be charged shipping for this order and the items can be collected in person from our shop. If you require us to arrange delivery of your order, please do not select this option.
Packaging
The majority of the time we will use new packaging, however, from time to time we will reuse materials that are of an appropriate standard in an effort to cut down on waste. The majority of our orders are dispatched by Royal Mail, however, we do use couriers when this is more appropriate.
International Orders
International shipping prices are zoned based on the weight of the items. Please contact us if your country is currently not activated in our checkout. however, we are unable to ship to Canada and the USA. This is due to insurance coverage. Please remember that wooden toys are heavy, and therefore expensive to ship internationally.
